Return & Refund Policy

At East Coast Boxing Apparel, we take pride in every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
Have all original tags attached (if applicable).
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We're happy to exchange unworn items, subject to inventory availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Clearance or Final Sale items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at support@eastcoastboxing.us and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging

We'll make it right as quickly as possible by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

Return Shipping

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want it, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
